YouTube OntheRise Rap Edition, seeks to uncover the best unsigned hip hop talent in the United States. Users will be able to submit original music videos from Aug. 10 through Aug. 17. 50 Cent, Common and Polow will judge all of the submissions and pick a winner that will go to New York and record a track for G-Unit/Interscope Records.
